The Indian Army's Grenadiers' squad has returned to Indiaafter presenting its might in the maneuvers of several countries in Russia.This squad arrived at Adampur Airport in Jalandhar in Punjab at around 11 amtoday. This maneuver in Russia was named Tsentr ex 2019. This maneuver wasorganized by Russia's Central Command, in which 9 countries participated. Apartfrom Russia, China, Pakistan's army also participated in it.

The performance of the Indian Army was greatly appreciatedin this exercise. During this time the Indian Army contingent also won severalmedals. During this time, the Russian Defense Minister and the Central ArmyCommander provided medals to the Indian Army. Simultaneously, the Indian Armyalso received a large number of medals and certificates from China andTajikistan. These medals have been awarded in view of the outstandingperformance and courage of the Indian Army during its maneuvers.
